Very old and greasy chicken. Almost $10 for a 3 piece combo. Some workers are not friendly at all, and pretty much complaining about their job while serving guests. I haven't came since they were new, and it's completely downhill. I need a good Church's around Lafayette ? ? ?

Really disappointed about your service! I order 3 leg, 2 thigh but they just have me 2 thigh and 1 leg. I forgot to check it before I leave and then when I came home, it's too far to come back and told them that missing.

What happened to this place in a matter of months, entirely new staff including cooks? I was eating here regularly months ago and it was top notch every time. Hot, fresh chicken. Correct order. Nice people handing you your food.

Lately? Terrible. They get my order wrong every time which includes just 3 pieces of chicken. How do you mess that up? Recently, they forgot my biscuit entirely from the 3 piece meal which is my favorite part. No utensils given for side items.

And the chicken itself lately? Completely gross. Tasted just like grease and oil, no flavor. People at the window are not friendly either.

What a waste of good chicken by hiring incompetent cooks, order takers, and staff.

Workers are rude. They never get your order correct. They don’t give sauce or straws or napkins. So disappointing. I’ve been 3 times and never received my whole order which is a simple three tender combo. Where is my sauce and drink. And if they forget it you’re waiting another 10 minutes in line to get it.

The service was horrible. The drive through worker made fun of me for using Pennys with my change and dropped 25 cents and then said it was my fault he dropped it. Started being extremely rude and when I told the manager. They said I don't have time to deal with this. And caught an attitude with me when I was trying to explain how rude the drive through worker was. This makes me never want to come back and discuss how horrible this church’s was on my podcast. Two thumbs down

I usually visit this church's more than the other one but the attitudes that they've been having because they don't want to listen to what we're ordering before speaking is absurd. My husband placed the order on the speaker & the girl kept cutting him off. Whenever we got to the window, all of our food was wrong but he'd already pulled up before I could check my bag. The doors were locked so I had to walk to the busy drive thru to try to get it corrected. The girl who took our order was very rude & still wasn't listening. I told her, I'm telling you what we ordered. We know what we ordered & it was plain & simple. She rang it up wrong & didn't want to correct it. I'm trying to tell her what the order was supposed to be & she put a leg in a bag, gave it to the lady who was pushing out the orders, balled up her lips, & rolled her eyes. That leg still wasn't the only thing that was missing from our order. She does not need to be working in customer service or she needs to be retrained & learn to use her ears & listen prior to speaking over people, asking anything else. She didn't call the order back to us, just told us to pull up. She's very unprofessional. The manager was sitting in the office with her chair turned to the kitchen area, chit chatting with the workers & was of no help to the customers either. You'd think they'd want to make it right but they didn't. Wanted me to pay for their mistake. I had to stop my husband from telling the girl to listen while he was ordering. I'll take my money to Popeyes or next door to Soul Haus. The food is always fresh at Soul Haus anyway. That little hard, dried up chicken that they gave us T Church's was unbelievable. It should've been chicken cracklings. People work hard for their money. We expect hot & fresh food just as they would. Do better! By the way, this was the night crew on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Just horrible!

Prefer Churches over Poopies.. not an energetic bunch, working there, no greeting, thank you, kiss my whatever. Kindness dies not cost. Will try another location next time. I like happy people.

Ordered a 10 pc chicken strip mashed potatoes and fried okra .. the 10 pc was supposed to be 12.99 the total was $23.69 .. really .. now the chicken is fantastic but OMG the cost ..
